Beyond the workplace, I’m a massive cooking geek and love experimenting and perfecting my food game. I can sous vide the perfect 63 degree egg, brew kombucha and cure my own salmon.

Number one for me is family, although my boys are now pretty independent and it’s a bit of a wrench to find myself with a newly empty nest! The freedom and flexibility to ride my bike and travel more does make up for it a bit.

Balance is important to me, just the right amount of family, friends, alone-time, work, exercise, idling, seriousness and silliness. You might be surprised by the amount of time I spend thinking about skateboarding.

Continuously learning drives me. If I woke up tomorrow and found myself independently wealthy, I would become a permanent student – Science, History, Literature, Language, Art… I would dive into it all. I live in Colorado, so you can usually find me on a mountain trail, getting dirty and loving every minute of it.

I am a life-long learner and am always trying to grow, both as a creator and as a person. In my spare time I like to play video games, attend concerts, support the Los Angeles Dodgers and Angel City FC, and watch as many movies and shows as I possibly can.

I’m passionate about travelling and exploring new places. Learning new cultures and histories is something that I really enjoy and make me happy.  When I’m not at work, I like to socialize and connect with my family and friends.

Having kick-started his career with the prestigious Unilever Marketing Internship, Chris has since built a breadth of insight experience spanning B2B and consumer sectors, and quantitative and qualitative approaches.

To me, time is well spent when it’s with friends and family. I love to travel and experience new places, and have an obsession with sport, whether that’s getting out on the golf course or just watching the rugby in the pub.

Happiest with a book in hand (and perhaps a glass of wine), whilst sat in the sun, with a cat on my lap. Can also be found wandering amongst local woods and fields getting my ‘green fix’.

At the risk of sounding appallingly cheesy, treating people with kindness and fairness is important to me; I cannot stand injustice or cruelty. I love to wander around new cities, as well as read, sit in my garden, support Liverpool FC, drink margaritas and eat Japanese food.

Doing right by others and spending quality time with friends and family are things I find important. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, live music, going to the theatre and am an avid football and tennis fan.

Being considerate of others is something really important to me, becoming a source of ironic agony as I naturally block everyone’s view at concerts. I’m most passionate about sports (if you can kick it, bounce it, or drive it), and if I ever say no to adding hot sauce – send help.

Calm and controlled with a creative outlook, Becky is a quantitative consultant experienced in data management and analysis. Previously, she worked as Senior Executive at Simpson Carpenter.

I love creative problem-solving: from creating retro video-games using outdated software, to rock climbing on the cliffs and mountains around the Pacific Northwest, I enjoy anything that tests both my creativity and logic.

Fun and laughter are very important to me! I like to make sure there’s enough for everyone. I also enjoy whizzing about on my bicycle, exploring places, organising stuff, any sport that doesn’t require any skill, and plagiarising the odd tune.

Life is very full (and full on) with little ones but it’s where I feel most fulfilled. Keeping fit and listening to podcasts help me ‘do me’ plus seeing and making new friends in my new city.

With strong academics in psychology and neuro-science, Diellza challenges the status quo and applies theories to commercial strategies. In particular, she interrogates data to ensure insights are robust, valid, and actionable.

I have a passion for continual learning through new experiences. From attempting a new cuisine to moving to a new country, I feel the best way to grow is to put yourself in situations you haven’t had opportunity to before.

William has extensive experience across both agency and client-side roles. While previously based in Hong Kong, William worked on numerous multi-market studies, and therefore brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

I’m a people person, and love nurturing my relationships with my family and friends – as well as meeting new people. In my free time, I love to go to the theatre, bury my nose in a book, or explore the countryside with my dog.
